14:00 - 17:00: Official Train-up session.
17:00 - 18:00: Matchbook distribution and final administrative checks.
Day 2 - Saturday, 2026.03.14 (Match Day 1)
08:00 - 08:40: Registration, Zero
08:40 - 09:00: Safety Briefing
09:00 - 15:00: Match
Day 3 - Sunday, 2026.03.15 (Match Day 2)

Zero Range:
The zero range will be operational and available to shooters throughout the entire duration of the match.
Range Officers & Spotting
ROs will be stationed at every stage. In the spirit of the sport, squad members will be asked to actively assist the ROs with spotting duties. We encourage shooters to help verify impacts to ensure fair scoring and efficient squad rotation.
Catering:
To maximize shooting time, there will be no mandatory match stop for lunch.
Light Lunch: A light meal will be provided for all competitors, available for pickup near the stages to be consumed at the shooter's convenience.
Beverages:
Coffee, tea and hot water will be available at all times at the Headquarters (HQ).
Snacks: Available throughout the match.
Water:
Bottled water (still and sparkling) will be available near the stages and in HQ.
Sanitary Facilities:
The venue is equipped with clean, stationary toilet facilities for competitor use.
Headquarters & Infrastructure:
The Headquarters and Safety Zone (designated for rifle maintenance) are located under a roof, providing a sheltered environment for all shooters to find seating, take a quick rest, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Regarding the course of fire, while the stages are set in open fields, approximately 80% of the shooting positions are covered by a roof.
Parking:
On-site parking is available just a few steps from the shooting stages and Headquarters (HQ).
Train-up Day Details:
Time: Friday, 14:00 to 17:00.
Shooters will have access to the props and target arrays used in the match to verify DOPE and stability.
Restrictions: Strictly no distances to targets or any specific Course of Fire (COF) information will be provided during the train-up.
Cost: 40 EUR (Payable in cash on-site).
Matchbook Distribution:
Matchbooks will be distributed on Friday immediately following the train-up session. Formats provided will include physical paper copies and digital PDFs via email.
Saturday Social Dinner:
In keeping with our tradition, a get-together evening will be held for all shooters on Saturday after Day 1 at a local restaurant. This is a great opportunity to gather, chat, enjoy a few beers, and have a good grill dinner. Please note that costs for this event are covered by the shooters themselves.
Accommodation:
Dozens of hotels are available approximately 15 minutes from the range in Marijampolė. We recommend using Booking.com to find a suitable option.
Awards & Prize Table:
Overall: Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 finishers.
Categories: Awards for categories (Junior, Senior, Lady) will be presented to the Top 3 finishers, provided there is a minimum of 5 competitors registered in that specific category.
Prize Table: Access to the prize table will be conducted in order of overall match placement.
